I have read and understand all the information in the Recital Participation Letter. I have checked the dates and times and do not have any conflicts with the dates of the dress rehearsals and show dates.
I understand that my child must attend both rehearsals and recital performances. If special circumstances prevent your child from attending one of the rehearsals or performances, please let Miss Kelly know by commenting in the box above.
I authorize Blue Ridge Performing Arts Academy to order costumes for my child and agree to pay my costume fees, which will be due and non-refundable on December 15, 2023.
I agree to not take pictures using cell phones, cameras, or video equipment during the performances.
I understand that I may take pictures and video at Dress Rehearsal.
I understand that during the second semester my child should make every effort to attend all classes.
I understand that I am responsible for all dancewear and accessories required for the recital.
I agree to pay the $40 per student or $50 per family recital fee by March 1, 2021.
I agree to pay for costumes on or before December 15.
Please watch your email for a picture of your child’s costume(s) and costume invoice.
